The problem
A court wanted to modernize the interface of its main portal, and the work focused on the homepage, with a new look (rebranding) and a new structure. The court also needed to make managing and publishing its institutional news easier.
What was agreed
- Prioritized scope
- The redesign of the court's main portal homepage on two fronts: the visual one, with the rebranding, which renews the page's visual identity, and the structural one, which reworks how the page is organized.
What was delivered
A homepage with a refreshed visual identity and a rebuilt structure, designed to modernize the portal and make institutional news easier to publish.
Who it’s for
The project was made for a court, part of the judiciary. The homepage is the entry point to the portal and serves anyone who visits it; the redesign also considered the people who look after institutional news.
The technology, in plain words
- PHP: a programming language made to run on servers and widely used in websites and web systems; it was used to build the new homepage.
- HTML: the language that organizes the content of a web page, such as text, images and buttons; it is the base of the new homepage’s structure.
- CSS: the language that defines how a web page looks, such as colors, fonts and spacing; it was used in the visual part of the redesign.
