What gets pinned down before development
- What the first version needs to prove
- What waits until later
- Web, app or both in the first version
- How to tell whether it worked
Where you make the call
You don't commit to the whole project blind: no paid stage starts without your go-ahead.
With the written feedback in hand, you decide whether to go ahead. The Discovery Sprint, when it's needed, is free.
With the timeline and price fixed in the plan, you decide whether to move into development.
What drives the price of an MVP
Size of the first version's scope
It's the factor you control most: every feature you leave for later lowers the initial investment.
Platforms
Web, iOS or Android. Each additional platform adds to the build and the testing.
Integrations
Payments, login, maps or partner systems: each connection depends on what the other side allows.
Admin panel
You'll need to run the product. How much of the day-to-day happens on screens, rather than in spreadsheets, changes the scope.
User types
Buyer and seller, student and teacher: each role is its own experience to build.
We look at how each of these applies to your project, then fix the timeline and price before development starts, without charging anything until then.

Questions about MVP projects
How much does it cost to build an MVP?
Your MVP's price is fixed before development starts, and the biggest factor is the size of the first version. Have a budget in mind? Tell us in the free assessment: the prioritized scope shows what fits within it.
How long does an MVP take?
The timeline is fixed before development starts, along with the price, and it depends on what the first version needs to prove. Have a fundraising or pilot date? Mention it in the assessment: the plan shows what can be ready by then. During development, you get working software every 2 weeks.
Do I pay anything before development?
No. The assessment and, when it's needed, the Discovery Sprint are free. The paid stages are development, with the scope, timeline and price fixed before it starts, and ongoing support, if you want it.
How long does the Discovery Sprint take?
It depends on the size of the problem. When Discovery is needed, how long it takes is worked out with you in the free assessment.
How do I know the project won't stall halfway through?
Projects usually stall when the budget runs out before the product is ready, or when nobody sees working software until the end. Here, scope, timeline and price are fixed before development starts, and every 2 weeks you get a working piece: if something goes off track, you notice early, as each piece comes in, not just at the end. And the code built for the project belongs to your company.
Does my company own the code?
Yes. The code built for your project belongs to your company, and that's written into the contract. If you ever want to continue with another vendor, the code is in your hands.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project calls for confidentiality, we'll sign the agreement before you share the details. Just ask on WhatsApp or by email at comercial@lemamon.dev.
What if I need to change the scope mid-project?
You get working software every 2 weeks so you can spot early on what needs to change. If a change affects the scope, we agree on a revised scope, timeline and price with you before we continue.
What goes into the first version?
The minimum needed to prove the idea: an MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of the product that already solves the main problem for real users. What goes in and what waits until later is decided with you before development: that's the prioritized scope.
What happens after the MVP?
The product can stay with Lemamon.dev for ongoing support and continuous improvement. The next versions are prioritized based on real-world use, not on the wish list from the start.
What is an MVP, in practice?
It isn't a prototype or a demo: it's working software, used by real users, with everything else deliberately left for later.
