São Paulo, Brazil
- Scope, timeline and price fixed before development
- Working software every 2 weeks
- You decide before paying anything
- Your company owns the code, by contract
It's a good fit when…
- Your customers are already asking to handle things from their phones.
- Your field team takes notes on paper or on WhatsApp and types it all in later.
- Orders, bookings or appointments come in by message and get lost.
- You want to launch a product that lives on people's phones.
- You know the problem the app needs to solve, but not where to start.

What gets pinned down before development
- iOS (iPhone), Android or both
- What lives in the app and what lives in your team's admin panel
- Which notifications the app sends, and when
- Whether app store publishing is part of the scope
Where you make the call
You don't commit to the whole project blind: no paid stage starts without your go-ahead.
With the written feedback in hand, you decide whether to go ahead. The Discovery Sprint, when it's needed, is free.
With the timeline and price fixed in the plan, you decide whether to move into development.
What drives the price of a mobile app
One platform or two
iOS and Android each have their own rules and devices to test on. Supporting both adds to the work.
Screens and flows
Every path a user takes, from sign-up to payment, is designed, built and tested.
Login and user types
A customer, a delivery driver and an admin, for example, see different screens. Each role is built and tested.
Integrations
Payments, maps and your company's systems: each connection depends on what the other side allows.
Notifications
Automatic alerts need rules: who gets them, when and why.
Admin panel
Someone will add products, approve orders or check reports. That panel gets built too.
Offline use
When the app needs to work without a signal and send the data once the connection is back, it takes more work to build.
We look at how each of these applies to your project, then fix the timeline and price before development starts, without charging anything until then.

Questions about mobile app projects
Do I need an app, or will a web application do?
If it'll be used on a phone, out in the field or by your end customers, you'll probably want an app. If it'll be used at the office, on a computer, a web application usually does the job. The free assessment helps you decide.
iOS, Android or both?
We can build for both. The choice is made with you before development, based on who will use the app and which devices those people have, because each additional platform adds to the build and the testing.
Do you publish the app to the app stores?
Publishing to the App Store and Google Play can be part of the scope. An app used only by your team, for example, may not need to be publicly available in the stores. This is decided with you before development, along with the rest of the scope.
How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
It mainly depends on the platforms (iOS, Android or both), the app's screens and flows, and integrations such as payments and maps. The price of your app is fixed before development starts. If there's already a budget for the app, tell us in the assessment.
Do I pay anything before development?
No. The assessment and, when it's needed, the Discovery Sprint are free. The paid stages are development, with the scope, timeline and price fixed before it starts, and ongoing support, if you want it.
How long does it take to build a mobile app?
The timeline is fixed before development starts, along with the price, and it depends on the scope. If the app has a launch date, mention it in the assessment. The date goes into the plan, so before development starts, you'll know what can be ready by then.
How do I know the project won't stall halfway through?
Projects usually stall when the budget runs out before the software is ready, or when nobody sees anything working until the end. Here, scope, timeline and price are fixed before development starts, and every 2 weeks you get a working piece: if something goes off track, you notice early, not just at the end. And the code built for the project belongs to your company, by contract: if you ever need to move to another vendor, it stays with you.
What if I need to change the scope mid-project?
You get working software every 2 weeks so you can spot early on what needs to change. If a change affects the scope, we agree on a revised scope, timeline and price with you before we continue.
How do I keep track of progress?
By using the software itself, no technical knowledge needed: every 2 weeks you get a working piece of it to use and give feedback on.
Does my company own the code?
Yes. The code built for your project belongs to your company, and that's written into the contract. If you ever want to continue with another vendor, the code is in your hands.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project calls for confidentiality, we'll sign the agreement before you share the details. Just ask on WhatsApp or by email at comercial@lemamon.dev.
