- Support and continuous improvement after launch, if you want it
It's a good fit when…
- The system is live, and day-to-day use already calls for improvements.
- Small improvements sit in the queue for months.
- The system throws errors often, and your team has learned to work around them.
- You want the system looked after on an ongoing basis, not just when it breaks.

Questions about support and continuous improvement
Do I need to know what's wrong with the system to get started?
No. Just tell us what you're running into, like errors that keep coming back, slowness or improvements stuck in the queue. In the free assessment, we go over what's live with you and work out whether support makes sense for your case.
What's the difference between support and continuous improvement?
Support keeps what exists working; continuous improvement adds to it and makes it better. In practice: fixing a report whose numbers stopped adding up is support; building a new report is an improvement.
How much does software maintenance cost?
It depends on what's live and how much improvement your operations need. The format and the price are agreed with you before work starts. The first step is the free assessment.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project calls for confidentiality, we'll sign the agreement before you share the details. Just ask on WhatsApp or by email at comercial@lemamon.dev.
Does my company own the code?
Yes. The code built for your project belongs to your company, and that's written into the contract. If you ever want to continue with another vendor, the code is in your hands.
