Before you start

Will I get a quote at the end?

You'll leave with a summary of your project: what weighs on the timeline and price, the path to working software and the agenda for your assessment. The fixed price comes later, on purpose:

A price given before anyone understands the project tends to turn into extra charges halfway through. That's why the fixed timeline and price come out of a well-defined scope: yours, if it's clear enough, or the one from the Discovery Sprint.

The Discovery Sprint is free and only happens when the assessment shows it's needed. That's where your problem becomes a scope and a plan.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. If your project calls for confidentiality, we'll sign the agreement before you share the details. Just ask on WhatsApp or by email at comercial@lemamon.dev.

Does my company own the code?

Yes. The code built for your project belongs to your company, and that's written into the contract. If you ever want to continue with another vendor, the code is in your hands.

What if I need to change the scope mid-project?

You get working software every 2 weeks so you can spot early on what needs to change. If a change affects the scope, we agree on a revised scope, timeline and price with you before we continue.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. It's a 45-minute conversation, with written feedback and no obligation to hire us. Anything after that only happens if you decide to move forward.

How do you make sure the project sticks to what was agreed?

What usually goes wrong is starting to build before agreeing on what's included. With us, scope, timeline and price are locked in before development, and every 2 weeks you're using working software.

And you decide whether to continue at two points: after the written feedback and after the plan.

Do I need to know everything about the project to answer?

No. Every question has an option for when you're not sure, like “Not sure yet,” and the question about your pain points can be left blank. We'll start filling in the gaps with you in the assessment.

What do you do with my data?

We use it to respond to your request, decide which requests we handle first and prepare your assessment. We also record how you found our site, for example through an ad, and measure how the site is used.

The details, including how to request deletion, are in our Privacy Policy.

The assessment is for you if you're planning custom software and want to:

  • build a management system for your business (ERP, CRM, inventory, finance)
  • build a portal or platform for your customers (customer accounts, online store, booking)
  • build a mobile app (iPhone, Android or both)
  • integrate the systems you already use
  • automate tasks or customer service
  • launch the first version of a digital product (MVP)
  • improve or look after a system that's already live

What happens after you submit

  1. We get in touch to schedule a time.
  2. A 45-minute conversation about the problem you want to solve.
  3. After the conversation, you get written feedback.
  • São Paulo, Brazil
  • Scope, timeline and price fixed before development
  • Working software every 2 weeks
  • You decide before paying anything
  • Your company owns the code, by contract

If you're building something new and it makes sense to move forward, we'll work out with you whether a Discovery Sprint is needed. It's free and ends in a plan with a fixed timeline and price.

For the system you already have, if it makes sense to move forward, the scope, timeline and price of what comes next are agreed with you before any work starts.

You decide whether to move forward, with the written feedback in hand.
